The Truvelo Link taking you to the local Truvelo Website.
The Alert Icon is only visible to Administrators, and then only if the State of Health has detected an 'alert' condition. Clicking this icon will navigate you directly to the State Of Health panel.
The current system Release which in this example is R23.3.0 Final. Note that this date and time 13:59:36 on 2021-08-13 only indicates the build time of the VMS WebServer binary. The full Release build date and time are indicated in the Release Notes and represents the start date time for the build for the entire VMS system.
The first number '21' represents the year in which the release was issued (e.g. 2021).
- The second number '2' denotes which of the three possible releases (1,2, or 3) that are issued annually.
The last number '0' denotes a possible hot fix. This will almost always be zero, but may be increased if it was necessary to solve an urgent problem that could not be delayed until the next formal release.
The Licence field usually just shows the expiry date, but may show an urgent message (in red) if the licence is either expired or close to expiry (see below).
Next will be displayed the name of this installation site - in this case London Metropolitan Police together with it's assigned Serial Number (VMS-1102).
The Password button which offers you the ability to change your current password. You will be required to do this when you are first allocated a login account.
Finally on the far right-hand side is the current username and the Logout button.
