State of Health
The State of Health panel displays system metrics, services, and monitored warning conditions.
Metrics
These parameters represent overall system status, and usually only constitute an 'Alert' condition when the percentages exceed about 80%, but that figure is individually configurable on the State of Health service.
Services
The listed services are only those that are actively monitored by the State of Health service. Once again, the percentage values that constitute an 'Alert' condition are configurable per service.
Note that the displayed CPU% will often exceed 100%, but this is a quirk of how the value is measured and also depends on the number of processors available. It should be stressed that this is a figure that is averaged over time. This means that the CPU level will sometimes indicate a high value slowly reducing over time - even when the actual service is no longer busy.
Warnings
Only those warning message highlighted in red constitute 'Alert' conditions requiring attention by the Administrator(s).
